What we collect
When you create an order we store your email, optional phone, Razorpay order and payment ids, claim token, and invite metadata. We do not receive or store card numbers, UPI PINs, or CVV. Razorpay is the payment processor.
Why
We use that data to create the order, confirm payment, issue a Telegram invite, send a receipt, handle refunds, and stop duplicate fulfilment. We do not sell the list.
Telegram
If you join the group or DM the bot, Telegram processes that traffic under Telegram’s terms. The bot may store a Telegram user id after you join so access can be checked later.
Logs
Application logs record event ids, payment ids, and a pass/fail verdict. Logs must not include secrets or full request bodies that contain email or phone.
Retention
Order rows are kept for accounting and dispute windows. Email hello@earniq.app to request deletion of optional phone or email where law requires it. Payment ids may need to stay for tax and chargeback records.
Processors
Razorpay (payments). Telegram (delivery). The bot host (currently planned as Render). Hostinger (this website). No Google Analytics by default.
Transfers
If you write from outside India, your email still lands on Indian hosting and the payment processor’s systems.
